Shipping within the Czech Republic:- Free shipping with orders over 3500. CZK (excludes used and discounted goods)
- Shipping of classic (non-inflatable) boats varies individually based on size and distance to the point of delivery. The price of shipping an average canoe is approx. 1200.-2000. CZK.
- Shipping of other products is 150. CZK.
Shipping is available to other EU countries, but price will be provided upon request.
Boats and products on sale, as well as used goods must be paid for in cash or COD.
Free equipment with sellected boats
If a boat on sale includes any free equipment, it is automatically included with the boat (please mark the size, length and color!). The sale is only valid for the e-shop. In case of shipping (by a parcel service), there is a surcharge of 200. CZK.Types of equipment:
Colors, lengths, sizes:
Boats usually come in various colors, choose your color in your shopping cart in step “checkout”. If you don’t select any color, one will be chosen for you based on availability. The same applies to lengths, colors and sizes of equipment. If any part of your order is unclear to us, you will be contacted prior to shipping.
Warranty
Products carry a 2 year warranty. If the manufacturer offers a longer warranty, it is stated next to the product in the price list. By law, undamaged products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days. Refunds are handled according to Czech law. You will receive a refund in the amount of the purchase, but not for incurred shipping and handling charges. Please, send your parcel by regular mail, parcels sent COD will not be accepted.Delivery conditions
Orders are filled within 6 days, but usually faster (1 - 2 days). If your order is out of stock, you will be notified by email. Shipping is handled by the parcel service DPD, PPL or GLS. When the job is too big for DPD, PPL or GLS, it is handled by TOPTRANS. You get a receipt along with your order, which also serves as the bill of sale. Please save this „proof of purchase“ for any possible warranty claims. If the customer doesn’t accept the parcel upon delivery ( - is not present at the stated address at the time of delivery or can’t be reached regarding receipt ) and the parcel is sent back to us, during repeated shipping, the customer will be charged for the first and the second shipping!Protection of personal data
