SAMBA 5.2
Unsinkability
The material used to construct Samba is naturally buoyant. The seats and the inner keel take on the role of air chambers with a total volume of approx. 30 litres. Moreover, Samba is designed in such a way that it is unlikely ever to be flooded entirely. There will always be air in the heads. Therefore, Samba is truly unsinkable and easy to right when overturned on the water.
Shell Thickness Control
All Zelezny boats can pride themselves in the differentiated thickness of their shells. We have developed a unique technology which enables us to control the distribution of the material in such a way that the most exposed areas i.e. the nose, the bottom and particular areas on the sides of Samba are reinforced with more material, thus creating a thicker wall. In the same way, the shell is thinner in the less exposed areas. Thanks to this combination our boats are incredibly durable while remaining as lightweight as possible.
Durability Tests
All our boats are tested for impact resistance. A sample of material of each new boat is cooled down to minus 40° C and tested for impact resistance. Emptying Samba It is best to let water out through the centre of the sides turning the canoe along the central axis. When there is little water left Samba should be turned on the side to let the water run into the cockpit. Then placed or held bottom up allowing the water to come out through drain holes in the cockpit. Easy Handling
The noses of Samba incorporate an integrated handle with a comfortable grip.
Stackability
Samba can be stored either way up. Owners of more than one Samba can take advantage of the stackability of the boat. The styling of the bow and stern of Samba allow multiple boats to be stacked on top of each other comfortably and safely.
All of our boats come with a full 3-year warranty and a 4-year free service warranty (from purchasing date).
